This course satisfies the New York State refresher requirements for mold license holders. This course will review mold safety and work practices as they relate to the EPA, OSHA, IICRC, and NYS, and will  satisfy requirements for all mold license types, including Assessor, Remediation Contractor, Abatement Worker Supervisor, and Abatement  Worker.

Upon successful completion, students will earn a Mold Refresher Certificate of Completion and be able to apply to the NYS Department of Labor for renewal of their mold license.

Students must bring with them their most current training certificate  and either a valid NYS driver's license or a valid NYS-issued identification. New York State Mold Refresher courses must be taken before the certificate expiration date every two (2) years.

Hands-on exercises include the set up of an ICS, and simulated retrieval of an injured attendant.
